Cold in your apartment?

Autumn is here and that means it's starting to get a bit chilly outside. Not least in the evenings and nights. With rapid temperature changes, it can also get cold in your apartment. This is because the heating system needs some time to adapt. Therefore, we want to give you as a tenant some tips on how you can keep the heat in your apartment: Is your sofa, bed or any other piece of furniture close to your element? Furniture that is too close to elements means that the heat cannot spread. Have curtains or blinds during the night, it can shut out a little cold Are your valves closed? Open them! They create circulation in your apartment, which affects air quality and temperature Rather ventilate properly for a short period instead of having a window open for several hours Check your sealing strips around windows and doors at regular intervals. If you feel that it is dragging, they may need to be changed, then file a fault report or contact your landlord. If you feel that it is very cold in your apartment or that it is cold for a longer period, please send a fault report via my pages.

Pool area is opened

Now we can finally announce that the pool area has reopened after the summer break. Our pool area is for all our tenants and consists of a pool and sauna. You can book the swimming facility here on My Pages. Don't see the pool booking? Then you probably need to apply for access! You do this here. You can book a maximum of 8 bathing sessions per month. Each session is 2 hours and entry takes place with your aptus tags.

Moving out this summer?

Are you moving out this summer? Then it's time to cancel your contact on My Pages. You have a minimum of 7 weeks notice. Moving out always takes place on a Tuesday and you leave your keys before 10.00 on the day of the move. When you cancel the apartment on My Pages, you choose the date of moving out through our moving out calendar. Please note that some dates may already be closed due to public holidays, or it may be too late to move out on certain days. Do not forget that you can book Vital cleaning for your moving cleaning. Then your cleaning is approved automatically. Otherwise you need to follow our cleaning guide which you can find here. If you have a master contract, your terminate your contract here.  If you are a guest reserachers, you terminate your contract by contacting  Chalmers, institution ISMO at ismo.stodet@chalmers.se

Sublease your apartment during the summer

Are you going to work in another place this summer and want to sublease your apartment? Then we have something we call simple subleasing over the summer! If you want to sublease your home over the summer, you need to fill out this form. The application is submitted to our customer reception at Gibraltargatan 82B or sent to info@chalmersstudentbostader.se, the processing time is about four weeks.
